· 3.5% credit card fee is NOT refundable.
· After confirmed the room is decent condition by our house keeper. We will fully refund your deposit to your credit card you paid. Please allowed to 5 to 10 business days.
🌺Cancellation policy
· 3.5% credit card charge is NOT refundable
· Full refund of your deposit when you cancel the reservation.
· Full refund of your rent for cancellations up to 45 days before check-in, 50% refund up to 30 days before check-in. No refund after that.
· We will refund you on your credit card you paid. Please allowed to 5 to 10 business days.
· 25% refund up to 14 days before check-in if you booked and paid more than 60 days. No refund after that.
