・Cancel by the client before 48 hours: 100% refund (Expect a credit card transaction fee) 

・Cancel by the client within 48 hours: No refund (Expect a credit card transaction fee)

・Cancel by the Photographer due to her personal reason: 100% refund includes credit card transaction fee

・Cancel by the Photographer due to the Ocean condition: 100% refund (Expect a credit card transaction fee)

Hawaii Underwater Photography Shooting Location

・April to October: North Shore, Oahu

・Winter: West Oahu

Location requests may charge an extra fee. (except for North Shore Beaches.)

Sorry, we do not pick up service.

Please understand due to the Ocean condition we sometimes have to change the location at the last minute. 

What we need to know before the appointment

・what kind of images you like to get. If you have any images you like please email us before appointment day. 

・What is your swimming/diving ability.

・What depth you are desire to shoot? (Deep more than 10 feet or shallow like 6 feet close to the shore.

・What outfit you are going to wear, swimsuit or clothes/dress etc. (FYI: swimming with clothes are quite tough. If you are not confident swimmer and you want be shoot with your clothes/dress on. We may need to shoot in shallow area or need  to have safety diver with extra fee.

・What is your swimming/diving ability.
